Goals and Objectives of the Administration

STRATEGY: To contribute to the development of the quality assurance system for the continuous improvement of the administrative services of Marmara University, within the scope of national and international higher education standards and the Higher Education Quality Assurance Regulation.

GOAL 1: To provide evaluation and improvement of Marmara University's quality assurance, education, training, research and development and administrative processes.

Objective 1: To ensure that the Quality Commission meetings are held every year in April and October with the agenda prepared in advance.

Objective 2: To ensure that the Internal Evaluation Report of the Institution is prepared every year, the report is sent to the Higher Education Quality Board in a timely manner and this report is shared with the public on the institution's website.

Objective 4: To ensure that at least 1 training is organized annually to promote the quality culture.

Objective 3: To ensure meeting of Quality Officers of units / programs at least once a year in order to popularize the quality assurance culture.

Objective 5: To announce the congresses, conferences, seminars or workshops related to quality in higher education to the academic staff of our university.
